This person's main task is to try to get the partners in the estate to reach an agreement. The primary role of the estate distributor is to facilitate an amicable resolution among the parties. Should the parties reach an agreement, they can sign a binding agreement of estate distribution.<\/p>\n<p>An estate distributor does not investigate the estate's assets and liabilities. If such an investigation is required, an application for the appointment of an estate administrator should be made instead.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the application fee charged by the District Court, the estate distributor is entitled to compensation for their work, which is paid from the estate's assets.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_7  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_7  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">What does a compulsory distribution entail?<\/h2><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_divider et_pb_divider_2 et_pb_space\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_8  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>If the parties to the estate cannot reach an agreement, the estate distributor will decide how the inheritance should be divided.
