class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_divider et_pb_divider_1 et_pb_space\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_6 (except in small estates where there is no real estate or land). The estate inventory is a list of the deceased's assets and liabilities at current market value.<\/span> <span>It is necessary to identify who is part of the deceased's estate and entitled to a share of it. The registered estate inventory then serves as an identification document showing who is authorised to represent the estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To avoid disputes between the owners of the estate, we recommend that you consult a lawyer.
